Hire provides a Catering Equipment hire service for the counties
of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Our range includes crockery,
cutlery, napery, stainless steel ware, glassware, furniture and kitchen
equipment.
We like to make things as easy as possible for
you, so if you want to place an order straight away, please go to our
downloads page
and download a copy of our price list. You can then phone or fax your
order through to us (please remember we only deliver to Dorset, Hampshire
and Wiltshire). If you would like an electronic copy of our price

We hire for a standard 72 hour, a full weekend, or a weekly period.
Longer hire periods or contract hire can be quoted upon application.
Equipment can be picked up from our Head Office in Bournemouth, or it
can be delivered to your site for a delivery fee which we will quote
on application. All of our hires include our Free Wash Up Service, where
you can return our equipment dirty, and we will wash up for you; all

new service has been launched where you can order buffets for 10 - 40
guests online. The service is called < byte, go
here for menus, after you have ordered your crockery etc. from
us.
Salads: If
you are having a party and could do with a bit of help with the catering,
you'll love our Party Salads range. There are 21 salads in the range,
and they are all hand made using market fresh vegetables and dressings.
We can deliver these salads with your hire order. Go

By Royal Appointment?:
Well not quite.., but our equipment was chosen to be used for
the Luncheon attended by Her Majesty the Queen and 110 local dignitaries,
on their recent visit to Poole.
Hire some crockery from us and you could be eating off the same plate
that Her Majesty used!!
FREE
WASH UP SERVICE
We offer a free wash up service with every hire. If you do not have
any facilities to wash up after your event, bring your equipment back
dirty (or if we are collecting, we will collect it dirty), and we will
do the washing up for you.
All we ask is that you scrape off any excess food material and rinse,
before placing the equipment back into our storage boxes.
CROCKERY Our
crockery is Churchill Classic plain white (see picture). We feel
that this helps to show off the food to maximum effect. The range includes
a 6.5 inch tea plate, an 8 inch starter / dessert plate, a dessert /
soup bowl, a 10 inch dinner plate, a 12.25" Dinner plate, an 11.75
inch pasta plate, Sandringham cup (not the one in the picture - the
Sandringham has a more elegant shape), saucer, Espresso cup, milk jug,
butter dish, condiments, coffee pot, sugar bowl and bud vase.
We also have Café Latte Mugs in white, which are ideal for serving
a large coffee, or maybe soup, or even Mulled Wine.
Another addition to the white range are Ramekin Dishes, which can be
used for soufflés, crème brulé or chocolate pots.
We can source other styles of crockery, so please contact us with your
requirements.
CUTLERY Our
standard cutlery is stainless steel with a bead pattern. The
range includes Soup Spoons, Dinner knives, Dinner Forks, Dessert knives,
Dessert forks, Dessert spoons, Tea spoons, Fish knives, Fish forks,
Serving spoons and Serving forks.
Other items that could be classified as cutlery are Cheese knives, Cake
slice, Wedding cake knife, Salad tongs, Carving knives and Palette knives.
Again, if you require a specific pattern for your cutlery, we can source
this for you. Please contact us for details.
NAPERY
We stock crisp white Linen table cloths and napkins in a large range
of sizes.
The size range for white linen includes 54" x 54", 70"
x 70", 70" x 108", 90" x 90", round 88",
round 108", round 118" and round 130". Some of these
sizes also come in different colours, patterns and materials. Please
go to our Frequently Asked Questions section (the link is at the top
left of this page) for advice on which cloth fits which table.
The colour range is extensive, please ask for details.
We also supply Chair Covers to fit most standard banqueting chairs.
These are available with tassels or bows for decoration. The chair covers
also come in many colours. Please ask for details. It is important when
enquiring about chair covers, to let us know what sort of chair you
are planning to cover, as a lot of our covers are tailored to fit particular
types of chairs.

STEEL WARE All
the usual items are in stock, including salvers in a range of shapes
and sizes (see left), salmon flats, fish kettles, vegetable dishes &
lids, table number stands, punch bowls, soup tureens, cake slices, sauce
boats, wedding cake stands, chafing dishes, gastronorm trays, corkscrews,
salad tongs, optic stands, champagne bucket stands, coffee pots, tea
pots, milk jugs, condiments and bar trays.
If there is anything that you require that is not on our price list,
we will do our best to source it for you.

GLASSWARE
Our glassware is Savoie. The range includes Wine goblets, Champagne
flutes, Slim Jims, Pint glasses, sherry glasses and port glasses.
We also have shot glasses, liqueur glasses, cocktail/Martini glasses,
spirit tumblers, sundae dishes, sorbet dishes, 1 litre glass jugs, salad
bowls, ash trays and 10 cup cafetieres.

We stock a wide variety of tables, and a selection of chairs to suit
all occasions.

kettles, electric hot cupboards, water boilers, coffee percolators,
pour'n'serve coffee machines, barbecues, spit roasters, crepe griddles,
table top bain maries, heated display units, deep fat fryers, mini tabletop
ovens, and much more.
If you need refrigeration, we have 14 cu ft. fridges and freezers on
wheels.

For example Patio Heaters, Jack Stacks, Dance Floors, Coat rails, Thermal
Coffee flasks, Perspex pepper mills, Stock Pots, Roasting trays.

If you are hiring beverage making equipment off us, we can supply you
with filter coffee, instant coffee, tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar
and biscuits, to save you having to shop elsewhere. Some of these items
are available on a sale or return basis.
If you are hiring a barbecue and don't want to use china plates, we
can supply you with quality, rigid paper plates, plastic cutlery, serviettes,
disposable glasses and even a range of freshly made salads in 1kg and
2kg bulkpacks.
